Audio Photos (with some additional video photos) These are photos of the various sound systems around the house. This photo shows the sun room surround sound system inside the cabinet TV stand. The HDTV cable box digital output is connected to the digital coax in through a small switchbox. The switchbox is used to change between sound from the HDTV cable box and DVD player. The AudioTron home network appliance is connected to aux in. The AudioTron lets us play our collection of MP3s (stored on our home office PC) as well as stream Internet radio stations through the home network .There is an input for the gaming system as well. The rear speakers are located on each of the side tables in the sunroom. They are shown inset. This photo shows the small powered speakers located in the kitchen. They are used to enhance the TV sound as well as play the digital music channels. This photo shows the small radio located on the side of the kitchen. This unit is used for standard AM and FM as well as for playing CDs. This photo shows the bookshelf system which is a stereo CD/AM/FM/cassette located in the living room.The unit and speakers are housed in a shelving unit. There is an identical shelving unit on the opposite side of the couch which houses the other speaker. This photo shows the left and right studio monitors on the back shelf in the home office. The PC is used to record midi, audio and to import DV video. It can mix sound and video as well as burn CDs and DVDs. This photo shows the mixer with keyboards, mics and computer plugged into the inputs. The mixer feeds a stereo power amp with a compressor. This photo shows the rear speakers of the surround system mounted on the ceiling of the family room. There is a 6 CD/AM/FM home theater sound system located in the rack on the left. The system can be used to control up to 4 rooms with control of any sound source to any room. The remote is based on radio wireless and will work upstairs or down. There is a DVD and HDTV cable box in the left shelf which connects to the ceiling HDTV projector. This photo shows the front surround sound (5.1) speakers mounted around the 92" DA-LITE Perm-Wall screen. The Bass speaker is mounted in the wall below. Additional Renovation This photo shows the space after further renovations. There is an additional LCD monitor that has been added for casual viewing.
